Booking FAQs

1. How long will it take for my booking to be scheduled?


The earliest schedule any client may book is the next day of booking date.




2. How long will it take to complete the booked service?


The service will be completed within an 1 hour (minimum) to 3 hours (maximum), may vary depending on the difficulty of work to be done.




3. What are the payment options?


There are 3 different payment options: *Paypal - You may pay the amount of service upon booking it via Paypal. *Bank Deposit - you may deposit your payment in any Environet Total Services, Inc. bank account provided. *Bank Online Transfer - You may transfer online your payment in any Environet Total Services, Inc. bank account provided.




4. Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?


Yes. However, rescheduling or cancellation must be done 48 hours before te scheduled booking.

1. What is The Pest Centre?


The Pest Centre is designed to be the center of excellence in identifying the key pests and signs of an infestation keeping your homes pest-free and the dwellers safe and healthy.




2. What is Pest Control?


Pest Control is the process of eliminating or controlling unwanted pests like cockroaches, ants, rats & mice, mosquitoes, flies, and many more.

Our services include:

*Inspection of the premise

*Determining possible pest entry points

*Identifying the type of pests

*Proper treatment for the area and seal off entry points when needed




3. What are your specific pest control treatments?


We offer treatments based on the pest infestation. These are our pest control services:

*Ant Control

* Mosquito Control

*Cockroach Control

*Rat and Mice Control

*Termite Control

*Bed Bug Control




4. Is your pest control safe for babies?


Depending on the type of chemical used and its application, however, babies and adults are advised to remain out of the treated premises for a couple of hours.




5. How long do we need to be enrolled on the program?


As long as you feel beneficial with the program. We recommend you at least try it for a whole year.





Chemicals FAQs

1. Are the chemicals safe for humans and pets?


Yes, our chemicals are Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved. We assure you that chemicals that we use are mostly green-labelled and the EnviroTechs will orient you on what to do before and after treatments.




2. How long does the chemical stay in the atmosphere? For Indoor Misting only.


It stays in the atmosphere for 30 mins. So we recommend you to cover up all of your personal items (ex: kitchen utensils, personal items, bedsheets & etc.)




3. Are there any allergic reactions when it makes contact with the skin?


Yes, we recommend staying a small distance away from the area while the EnviroTechs are doing the treatment.




4. Shall we go outside when there is an on-going treatment?


While conducting treatment, it is advised that to not stay indoors to avoid complications.





Treatment FAQs

1. What is the procedure of visit?


After the appointment is scheduled, we will send an experienced and certified professional who will decide on the type of insecticide and application to be used depending on the pest. You will also receive a Job Order (JO) as a written report with information about the service right after the scheduled treatment.




2. What is your treatment process?


Inspect your property, assess the damages and the ambit of the infestation. Thereafter, our EnviroTechs will treat the affected areas and provide you with the needed information to prevent further re-infestation.




3. How do I prevent rodents from entering my home?


By sealing all visible cracks, gaps and openings is the best way. However, full prevention is rarely a possibility.




4. What is the value of having a regularly scheduled pest service even when I don’t see pests in my house?


A regularly scheduled pest service will stop pests before they become a problem. It allows our EnviroTechs to watch for and spot possible signs of pest activity and act immediately to eliminate any threat. A preventative, pro-active approach to managing pests will keep your home and family safe from irritating and potentially harmful pests.




5. What if I see a pest after the treatment?


Our treatments will see a strong reduction in the level of pests although total elimination may take several days or even after several treatments that is why we encourage our clients to avail the programs. It is not unusual for pests to move and around after every treatment. For example, cockroach gels or baits are designed to encourage movement towards the bait.




6. How long do we need to be enrolled on the program?


As long as you feel beneficial with the program. We recommend you at least try it for a whole year.




7. What will you do if there is no one available at the time of treatment?


For subdivisions, the EnviroTechs will conduct outside/perimeter spraying on your house for crawling insects and termite prevention.

For unit owners, ask for another schedule or book a special treatment schedule.
